We are proud to source local from Florida farms and offer hand cut Angus steaks, fresh seafood and homegrown produce. In the Bizou bakery, fresh-baked breads and art-inspired pastry desserts are prepared on-site daily, along with charcuterie platters with fresh cut imported meats and cheeses.  Our award winning hotel features Executive Chef, Jennifer Salhoff, a final four Chef on Hell’s Kitchen.
